Useless blaming the lorry drivers, they stick out because they drive bigger vehicles. Raport how many lorry's on motorway, against how many cars, keep in mind how many miles each do and you will reckon that most of time lorry drivers are quite competent.

There are two entities: the operator and the drivers. The operator is dealing with advertising, he pays a call centre and dispatches the jobs to the drivers. The drivers are paying the operator to send them jobs but they are free to work what hours they want. Now we get to the point.....during the Christmas and New year period there are less drivers on road and the Government/Council/Operator have to offer an incentive to motivate the efort. During the previous two years taxi companies lowered the incentive to £2/job which is more then reasonable. If you go from Sheffield to Manchester or East Midlands.....£2 on top of normal price sounds like a good deal for any customer. Best regards

I've always found that find a reliable recommended Joiner from somewhere like SheffieldForum is better than using the Joiners that are provided by the retailer. It works out cheaper and better quality.
