Hi, Does anyone know if it's possible to register with a GP online or any pratice that is currently accepting new patients? I'm due for COVID vaccination but realised that I'm no longer registered with my old GP due to being out of area. Thanks

Hopefully other knowledgeable Muslim/Muslimah will be able to answer. All I know is that my friends follow the Saudi. Others Pakistan, India, etc. so I don't know if it's Sunni, Shiah (spelling?), Ahmadi, Shafii or Hanafi or whatever Mazhab or teaching of Imam they are following. A few years ago, I did direct my friends who were visiting to Madina Masjid since it was the nearest and the only one I know when they wanted to do their prayers in a Mosque. I can't remember their exact wordings but it didn't seem to gel with them. They are now are directed to MWHS. As written previously, my friends have explained to me but I was half asleep so it was one in one out sort of thing. This is my opinion and hopefully there are Muslim/Muslimah forummers who can explain more in detail. ---------- Post added 25-06-2017 at 11:04 ---------- Forgot to add that obviously, the start and end of Ramadan or beginning of Syawal is subject to the moon sighting. From what I've seen, most wrote follow your local Mosque. So if you follow Madina Masjid, it'll be tomorrow. Eid is today for those who follow the list I wrote previously.

Posting for friends who are new to Sheffield. Does anyone know when Eid/1st of Syawal is in Sheffield? There doesn't seem to be an update on Muslim Welfare House Sheffield (MWHS) website. They've tried calling but there was no pick up or any recorded announcement on their landline. They're aware 1st Syawal/Eid starts today in London. Preferably if Eid announcement by MWHS not Madina Masjid please. Or if you live near Western Park, was there any prayer congregation this morning? Thanks.

Have you done a search using self catering or holiday flats Liverpool? There are some that's either direct contact with the owners or through a holiday letting agency. How about private rooms at a youth hostel? Any luck?

There's a Chinese restaurant between The Barrel Inn and The Old Crown Inn, Red Chilli or something like that with karaoke. It was formerly an Indian restaurant, Aroma. Is this the one? If it is Red Chilli, how was the food? The other is Little Hanoi with karaoke but it's Vietnamese and on opposite side of the road.
