Short answer yes it works. Remember though, Anyone can be a hypnotherapist , No training etc. If you wanted you could start tomorrow offering hypnotherapy. Anyone can. The hard thing is Who is playing games and who has put the years and time into hypnotherapy techniques and practice. Do some research.

My partner had to listen to it for years. You can also see this at the shops. Example: Hi Mr Smith, how can I help you? ... I went to make a cup of tea, I got up a little to fast and twisted my ankle this was on the wednesday. No hang on! I dont think it was! NO It must have been the tuesday because I remember eastenders was on, and they dont show it on a wednesday. So yes it was tuesday, Was it tuesday ? Yip im sure it was, must have been!. Anyway I was going to make a cup of tea and thought I would have a chocolate hobnob. I was not long back from the shops, The young girl on the checkout was very friendly .... Do you need any help packing? No thanks I will take 20 minutes doing it on my own and talking to you. . ETC ETC. I understand that Mr Smiths only human interaction of a day is at the shops and doctors and post office. But they are not the time and place for chit chat!!! I understand many Oaps may be lonely and feel the need to latch onto anyone that may look like they care. They dont!!! Especially the people standing behind you in a cue at the shops, doctors and post office! .
