Lucan, Lucan, Lucan! What a stereo-typical reply, I expected better! I am 44 but look much younger! I am fit as a butchers dog, good looking, in very good shape, have an excellent career, drive a sports car, own house, you name it. I have no competition from younger women, I look like one with all the skills and experience of an older one. But I have high standards which is why I am single. I have not yet found a man adequate enough to live up to my expectations.

Help for Heroes

As previous posters have said, this is a thread about violence towards women. We can discuss the terrible things going on around the world all day but we still have a sexual assualt referral centre serving south yorkshire with other centres all over the uk too. Its on our doorstep not just in other parts of the world and it happens all the time. The centres also see men who have been assaulted. Violence towards anyone is horrific and unacceptable but it happens and I don't see an end to it anytime soon unfortunately.

I have a large conservatory which needs some of the trim around the edge of the roof panels and the guttering repairing or replacing. I live in rotherham (rawmarsh) does anyone know the type of tradesman I need or can recommend anyone? Thanks

Sorry frankie, I know its yours but I have to chip in! As well as the good things that have happened I have also had a couple of really bad but the point of this is to focus on the positive and remember the things that help you feel good so you can overcome the bad. Sure I could sulk all night but I'd rather try to feel positive. The system is not scientific its just a way to help.

I used yours as a base but altered a few to the things I like. So using your values I scored on sunshine, being outdoors, good food, good company, and I added in laughter and exercise. So its official I am happy!
