  3. the effects are catastrophic for lots of disabled people who have no other choices we don't enough dla to afford taxis, its disgusting making us feel like second class citizens
  4. why should I have to pay to travel if need to go out at 6.45 am to access gym and swimming baths which help to keep me well going later is not my thing
  5. a have a right to a disabled pass and they are taking away mine and many others freedom to travel on trains, or bus/tram in our area and before 9.30 in a morning, which will a detrimental affect on my health, my pass is for mental disability. My drop in centre MHAG has had to change open times to 10.30 am. The council want to close my local library. My morning routine of going to Zest for gym and swimming to keep well, at 7 am will be no longer viable. What,s the point of getting up in the morning for then !!

  9. to get one through mental health your doctor has to sign that you aren't fit to drive
  10. you can only get a disabled bus pass if you don't have a valid driving licence. I need my pass for my visits to zest gym and swimming baths.I go 3 or 4 times a week catching tram or bus about 6.50 am. I need this routine for my mental health. don.t see why should pay fare, probably have to walk there. Also my dropin centre MHAG is on about opening later, currently 10 til 4. Volunteers won.t be able to get there til 11. Our day trips will be affected as we use bus passes and trains. A nightmare, I,m gutted.
  11. could be him, mr Robertson always had a red face little bloke
