The Forge Martial Arts Centre and Gracie Barra Sheffield are offering a FREE Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Seminar to any ladies aged 14+ on the 29th of April 2012 2pm til 4pm. This seminar is designed to introduce women to the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) including ways to improve fitness, confidence and self defence. Congratulations to GB Sheffield Fighter Dave Keeley on his win last night on the Cage Warriors Fight Night 1 show held in Jordan. He won the fight by first round KO against Joel Wyatt an American fighter who holds a BBJ Brown Belt. Dave showed good takedown defence and kept the fight standing.
