  1. Thank you very much for all the advice. I will definitely do some research around the guidelines you already gave me. It is definitely a very good starting point.
  2. Can you suggest a place to buy such good trees? The purpose it to get good fruits
  3. I am thinking to plant apples (red delicious), plums, figs, pears, cherries etc. I will have a look in Wilkos later today.
  4. I want to plant Fruit Trees in my back garden and I am not sure where to start from. It will be much appreciated people who live in Sheffield and especially around S6 if they give me some information on what Fruit Trees are good Sheffield climate and especially the S6 area, when and where to buy them from considering that I don't drive.
  5. +2 for Hillsborough, Walkley and Crookes area
  6. I believe that the reason of them tipping them into black bins is because the black ones they have are larger so they can put 2-3 houses rubbish into them
  7. So how the rest of students knew about it and haven't turned up?

  9. What about East Midlands airport? How easy to get there with public transport?
  10. Planning permission has been granted to turn the entire site into a business park, however in December 2012, Sheffield City Council received details of a bid to reopen the airport. The unknown bidder has been confirmed by the Federation of Small Businesses as a "serious bidder", and intends to reopen the airport to scheduled UK and European destinations, flight training, air taxi and business charter services http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheffield_City_Airport
  11. Value of an item is not determined on how much people are selling it for but for how much people are willing to pay for it. I can go on eBay now and put one for £1million. That doesn't make it worth £1million
  12. With 5 millions in circulation I highly doubt it has any value on it
  13. The link that has been posted is not a direct link to that property. The link is the Land Registry Database that has every property on (including yours) so that people can get the legal registered owner and other information of any house by paying £3 per property for the Title Register. You can also get the Title Plan for another £3 and a Flood Risk Indicator for £9.
  14. That can't be right!! Definitely not in Walkley, or at least the one i know
  15. I don't know if your remote is an infra red one but if it is and you want to test if it transmits you can use any mobile phone camera as these cameras tey can see infra red.
  16. Am looking to buy a flat down there (Pinsent) and it doesn't have a parking space. I remember reading somewhere that all the 2 bed flats have got one? Is there someone that can confirm that or knows who is managing the parkings so i can ask them about it? It will be much appreciated if somebody points to the right direction. Cheers Mike

  18. It has been long time from the last post that had some information about the area so I would like to ask people who currently living in the area or they know about the area (not just rumors) to comment on the area/flats and if it's worth buying a flat there? It will be much appreciated if someone can help with this. Regards Mike
  19. I was looking on rightmove earlier today to buy a flat in there so I am wondering how is it now? It will be much appreciated if people who they live or they know about the place can reply. Thanks

  21. It's called U Buffet and this is their facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/U-Buffet/732809596785577?ref=stream I have been 2-3 times during the day due to the low cost £7.50 until 16:30. I liked the food and is quite nice.
  22. Any recent info from the area and especially the Kelham Mills flats? People who they live in there. Any issues? I have secured a flat in the Kelham Mills and It will be much appreciated if you could give me some information from the area and the flats (I secured one in Cardigan House, Adelaide Lane). I am guessing the area changed a lot since the last few years as I have been down there and it seems a quiet place with some nice pubs around. I will appreciate if you could pass me some information on how it is now, if it is getting better and if I am doing the right decision to buy a flat there.
