Has anyone got an idea of how much a loft extension would cost? no major work, just moving a stud wall back about 3/4m and fitting a velux or two (cost dependent). also confirm that it wouldn't require any planning permission?

Can anyone recommend a reliable tradesman for a loft extension, i.e the movement of a stud wall and fitting a velux and extra floorboards? thanks, Nick.
