  1. Received in bank this morning 👍
  2. Unfortunately they own the property and attempts at discussing the problem results in abuse.
  3. There is a property on Fitzhubert Road where very loud music is played every weekend. Any advice on who to complain to? Reported to police but not really interested.
  4. I was baptised at Sheffield Cathedral in 1959 but my two older sisters and brother were baptised at St. Leonards in Southey Green. The reason for this was because one of the godparents my parents chose was a divorcee and the Vicar at St. Leonard's didn't agree with divorce. They obviously sought out further advice and I was christened in the Cathedral without any problems.
  5. Bag reunited with owner who lives at Wincobank. She didn't realise until she was unpacking shopping. She said the drive back to the Asda made her feel sick as she had accepted it's fate of not being handed in.
  6. If you've been to the Asda iat Chaucer Road n the last hour and have just discovered you've lost your handbag (which you left on the trolley handle) .... I've just handed it in to customer services. They'll obviously want a description before they hand it back to you so I won't put any more detail on here. Good deed for the day:)
  7. Yes. I thought that too. I have spoken to SYP who tell me not to worry too much about it and just return any paperwork I receive.
  8. Could anybody put me in touch with William J Johnson of Sheffield who drives a blue 02 reg Vauxhall Bora car? I have some car paperwork for the car he bought off me that he will need at some point. If you know Mr Johnson please ask him to contact me.
  9. It was opened temporarily whilst Southey Green Road was closed for water works.it was part of the diversion route.
  10. I live near Lyminster Road in S6. There is a man on there who keeps greyhounds in his back garden and they howl every so often through the night, possibly when they see a fox or cats on garden. He must sleep with earplugs in because they obviously don't bother him, but they certainly wake the rest of neighbours up. Apparently he has been reported but because the dogs don't howl constantly for over 20 minutes not a lot can be done. Seen him walking around Wadsley Bridge club area with four greyhounds. They run at Owlerton but he is too tight to kennel them.
  11. I have always gone the Bawtry, Gainsborough,Louth route. 93 miles. As kids on club trips we always went that way .... I can remember all the kids used to try to be the first one to spot Fanny Hands Lane in Ludford near Market Rasen. Amused us every time:hihi:
  12. we had similar problem. We stuck a clear CD cover over the hole using clear sealant. Worked a treat and not visible from inside.
  13. Mr Avil (room 2) was the handcuff teacher.
  14. The massive David Essex fan was Vicky Squires
