So if the photos are fake and Sheffield Star is fabricating a story, then they're both liable and Sheffield Parking Services should sue, what a great lucrative opportunity for Parking Services. It is you whom is personalizing the issue, I'm simply posting links and videos which prove how corrupt Sheffield and other councils parking services are, why does this bother you so much? We personally know of 3,6,7,9,10,15,17,19,27,46 & 52 of the listed scams by Sheffield's Parking Services. Scams not listed which we are of in Sheffield are: 75) Cars been ticketed for boots shadowing double yellows. 76) Last couple winters motorists parked up their cars as it was no longer safe to drive, CEO’s then removed the snow to show yellow lines and create parking violations. Of course you know Kevin Butt, if not you're both singing from the same hymn sheet. On this thread and others you continuously state councils and CEO's only ever make 'mistakes' 'they are only human' and defend corrupt councils and CEO's whom take bribes, invent parking violations, threaten and abuse motorists.

It's very time consuming and costly for people to gather evidence, print pictures, take time off work, respond to their nonsensical irrelevant templates. Councils purposely reject your paperwork so it's easier just to pay up, it's a bribe - accept the fine or we'll double it. They stop at nothing to raise money from motorists. The evidence is the youtube links above, as shown in reports the problem is widespread. I have complained to the ombudsman about Sheffield and Brighton & Hove council, and successfully won many appeals. People don't report anything or appeal because the system is rigged against them. - Its extremely time consuming and costly. They routinely lie and fail with their administrative duties. Parking service managers have vested interests in particularly nasty bailiffs like Martsons. The Police illegally help private debt collectors steal vehicles from vulnerable old men without a warrant.

Evading the question again, as I've explained this thread is about council fleecing motorists and those links are entirely relevant. It clearly shows how easy it is for them to invent parking violations. Sheffield CEO's have been using the same tools since November 2013. So the video is entirely relevant. If we indulged in such practices then we would be charged with fraud, and rightly so, but councils and CEO's are exempt from these criminal activities.

The band regularly see Parking Services vehicles and their staff parked all day on single yellows, funny how they never get round to ticketing themselves. They threaten vulnerable old people just for taking pictures of these parking violations, what a wonderful service you provide. You’ve continuously stated on this thread and others that council only ever make ‘mistakes’ they’re only human’ and no council is out to fleece motorists, so if this is true then why is it so difficult to challenge just one of the links above? If my understanding is correct, if harm, injury, loss, harassment or fraud is proven then a law has been broken. Everything else is statues and acts, so disobeying an act / statue is a civil matter which I assume applies to nearly all parking violations? Thanks for the link but as said, could Kevin Butt send me a signed letter stating CEO’s will not issue us PCN’s if we park on Keep Clears, and is parking over a single yellow during its hours operation over the kerb also exempt for us, or just for yourself, CEO’s and Parking Services staff?

Why do you continuously evade the question? We’re talking about the councils racketeering in Hillsborough. Councils more or less operate same, share info, hold seminars to maximise their profits. Council CEO’s intimidation and bullying, inventing parking violations and producing fraudulent PCN’s is widespread. So a video showing how this is done is entirely relevant. So having clear photographic evidence of vehicles parked on Keep Clear, another over a single yellow during its times of operation onto the pavement causing an obstruction to pedestrians and vulnerable road users is NOT conclusive evidence?
