  1. I think they would. Its an interesting scenario. UKIP are the only party who would tackle issues like this. They're on your side because they warned of the dangers of the EU. I wouldn't fall for all the guff spoken about them being racist. They may want to stem immigration but everyone who is already here would benefit from this. Whatever race you are. UKIP are a million miles from the BNP.
  2. Landlords have very little power though. They can evict people but there's an expensive time consuming process first. If people lie when they say there's 3 of us, then there turns out to be 12 they are stuck. Who will pick up the expensive legal bill? where will these people go? Homeless hostel at enormous cost to the tax payer. As I said earlier. There is very little chance of the situation improving unless we kick out of Europe and change the law. This won't happen over night, it will take years. If they're kicked out of Page Hall they'll just move somewhere else. Then there's the human rights act... Earlier I said the area will be demolished eventually. I didn't say this for impact. In my opinion, given a year or so. It will. Then there's thousands more coming soon. It will get a lot worse before it gets better. ---------- Post added 14-09-2013 at 19:17 ---------- I wish I could have spoken to them. Passing the book, or what? They have more power than some Buy To Let small businessperson. It was a disgraceful statement to be honest by someone who is out of their depth. He will be replaced.
  3. That's not at all possible. Anyway there are much worse people in the country. If this is what people are saying then, unfortunately, you're on a loser. No agency involved will support this. You'll all be marginalised and called racist. Might even be arrested. I blame Tony Blair and Nu Labour. Over to you Mr Blunket.
  4. I would have thought that if the charges were never brought the only people who would know are the accused the complainant and the police. As the charges were brought LeVelle had the stress of losing his liberty, his name, his job and any sort of peace of mind. Even though he was found not guilty he will have still suffered a great deal and there will always be, as shown on this thread, those who don't believe he is innocent. Its a no brainer in my book.
  5. I saw the figure that 1 in 3 lesbians claim to have been assaulted by another woman.... I was making the point, in relation to you posting that men, apparently, are the only ones who commit sexual assaults. You made a gender issue out of it because you never mentioned woman as culprits. I was just balancing the books.
  6. Do you understand percentages? Serious question? Say there were 1000 women and 100 said they had been sexually assaulted by a man. This would mean that 10% of these women have been assaulted. This means it a 1 in 10 chance that a woman will be sexually assaulted by a man. Then there are 100 lesbians and 30 of these say that they have been sexually assaulted by another woman. This would mean 30% of these women have been assaulted. This would mean that there was a 3 in 10 chance of a woman being sexually assaulted by another woman. So although there are 100 women assaulted by a man and only 30 women assaulted by another woman the chances of a lesbian suffering sexual assault by another woman are greater than a woman being sexually assaulted by a man. I've explained it as simply as I can. Do you understand the data now?
  7. They are alleged rape and not rape, that's a accepted term before a conviction. Please name some of the men who committed the rapes then. You can't because you know you'd be sued. They are alleged rapes. Yes the majority of rapes are committed by men on women. But as a percentage of the subject group more lesbians rape other lesbians per capita. Its simple math. Not all women are men haters, some can see the issue from both sides. ---------- Post added 14-09-2013 at 16:39 ---------- So if we accept the figures. I'll use your terms. ie sexual assault. As one in 3 lesbians claim to have been sexually assaulted. Would you accept that the odds on a lesbian being assaulted by a woman are higher than a woman being assaulted by a man? ---------- Post added 14-09-2013 at 16:41 ---------- That has to be the most be muddled logic I have ever heard, in the history of foruming..
  8. Again I must correct your legally dubious post. There are not 85,000 women raped a year by men. There are 85,000 women who alleged rape against men. As there is no conviction we can also claim that 85,000 men a year are wrongly alleged to have committed rape. You really must try to stop being a water carrier for such groups who make such claims. Its a mistake as well to blame men only for rape. Its quite common for lesbians to rape other women. One in three lesbians claims to have been raped by another woman. There's an article here. http://www.curvemag.com/Curve-Magazine/Web-Articles-2010/Lesbian-on-Lesbian-Rape/ If one in three lesbians claims to have been raped then this will, I think, make the issue more prevalently committed by women. I don't have the data but I assume one in three straight women don't claim to have been raped by a man.
  9. Its going to be very interesting what the council do. They created the issue, the City Of Sanctuary, my big toe. ---------- Post added 14-09-2013 at 15:41 ---------- Ii said that earlier in the thread. It'll get worse, the hand wringers will bottle any sort of action against the problem makers, they situation will get worse, people will resign. New people will come in with a plan. They'll knock the area down.
  10. You've repeatedly accused men of getting away with rape. Come on then name names, or maybe a link? Exactly, wish I'd heard the show. Very good point about Blackstone's formula of which I wasn't unaware. I feel the issue is not only about crime though. It's political, intertwined in feminist ideologies. They're not bothered about justice for the victims, its more to do with revenge, not against those accused, but men in general.
  11. We went in the shop, that used to be Popes, the day before yesterday and bought some stuff. My son likes fishing and he was making some boilies... The area does need some work, a tidying up, a little investment. But so do a lot. One thing needs mentioning. Areas like Page Hall (ignoring recent problems with Roma Slovaks) do not become run down because of the people who live there. They're usually run down because these are the only areas poor immigrants can afford to live.
  12. The point is that if you are willing to accept an allegation that is unproven then that opens up, as I said, the lynch mob mentality. I appreciate, like lots of men on the extreme left, you like to patronise feminist groups and their, I have to say, questionable ideologies, but that's not how it works. I'm sure you are on very dodgy legal grounds calling someone a rapist, without a guilty verdict first. You can probably say "alleged" rapist though. If someone is found not guilty, they are not guilty, its not difficult. If you called Michael Le Velle a rapist now, you'd probably be charged. Unfortunately, there are women, as well as men, who make false allegations up. We have to protect the innocent from these by having a process that gives both sides a fair opportunity to prove their case. Its called justice. If there are women not coming forward, then unfortunately there is little that can be done. Unless you want to round up any number of random men and bang them up for a long time. Being a man doesn't mean you should be persecuted because there are some men who commit crimes.
  13. No he's not, legally, there's no proof. I'm surprised you support the lynch mob mentality. Its not very civilised. So if I called you a rapist, told everyone you were, would you be such?
