Is there any call centre experts here... I dropped my phone in August last year the insurance virgin give me didn't cover me dropping it. So I sold my phone and bought a cheap one. In December I rang virgin up explained the situation the women said "I tell you what il put you through to the insurance company and they will sort it out for you" I said doesn't it matter that I dropped and sold it 4months ago her exact words were "No tell you lost it 6days ago" at this point I said that's it ending this phone call. Problem 2 this is where I need a call centre expert I rang them back up explained what happend they put me on to a manager in the sheffield call centre she said sorry and offers me a free upgrade. She then put me on to someone else to complete the upgrade. This women then told me that I would be paying the same as I am now £23 and there would be no extra costs or a new contract. But since my first bill I have been fighting the fact they have entered me into a new 24month contract an charging me £33 a month and also charging me for 0845,0800 calls that I'm not wen making. But when I request the call to be listened to magically it has gone missing. Please any help very welcome

Yeh this happend just outside our house on the junction we heard loads bangs it looks like the motorbike has gone straight through a give way into the side of a car flipping idiot sounded like he was doing decant speed
