Umm... thank all of you, I've got some clue..
So Kwuangtung dishes are generally accepted here with some mild sweet and sour flavour. (now understand why so many Kwuangtung and HongKong restaurant here, haha)
Thank you for all of you again, if you want to try some different chinese dishes, I'm happy to serve you one or two dishes I'm not a master cook but I'm sure I can make something that easier to bite than what suggested by Anglersvista (#5)~
