Personally, all my expertise in watching telly and reading the internet tells me it'll turn out to be recursive and generally stable somehow, but in a way that makes it look like space is expanding. Saw Django Unchained on DVD. Thought it was possibly over-ambitious, Tarantino trying to do too much and losing focus. Very brutal, possibly inappropriately from what I been reading up about it since. As a white guy without the personal and cultural history getting whupped on I thought it was deeply affecting, it smacked me right between the eyes with some nasty stuff about slavery and racism. But that's as a white guy. I'm stuck for a /10 to give it tho. Either 5 or 8, and nowhere in between.
