My Dad had an operation to remove one leg in his last few years of life. He needed very little care, most done by Sons and Daughter. Of the family of my Dad, out of 7 only two needed full time care. I know of some that have transfered ownership of their house, to their children. I dont believe there will be any come back, if done 10+ before their death. Money is much easier to give away
