Hi Bolls, I also have a terrible phobia of dental work. A few years ago i was referred to Charles Clifford for I.V sedation. I was worried about a trainee doing the work ( i know we all have to learn!) so i requested my work be done by a qualified/experienced Dentist. They agreed to this and although the appointment took slightly longer, i went on to have the work done (2 extractions) with no problems. I hope everything goes well for you. Good luck.

As MMA fans i'm sure we can't wait for the 3rd match. Nate won't have any problem making 155, but at 155 i think McGregor's stamina will be improved. The extra weight takes it's toll on the naturally smaller fighter. But Diaz's BJJ is amongst the best so he'll always be in with a chance! P.S although i'm a McGregor fan i have always liked the Diaz brothers, great fighters who fear nobody!

I had sedation at Charles Clifford. Fantastic. One min you are chatting to the dentist, the next min they are gently bringing you round, job done. You'll be fine.

Just got back from a few days break but set my set top to record this. I picked Diaz in the 1st fight and again picked him in the re-match even though i'm a big McGregor fan! I had mine taken out a couple of years back and although i wasnt awake as such (had sedation) everything went well. As you say, the gum doesnt need to be cut and the tooth is fully through so this will make it a straight forward job for the dentist. Totally understand you being scared but after mine were removed i wondered what all the fuss was about. By thursday eve so will you! Best of luck (not that you will need it though)

I was referred to Charles Clifford last year for 2 extractions under sedation as i'm a very nervous patient. If i remenber rightly i only had to wait about 6-8 weeks for my appointment to come through. They did a great job too. Hope everything goes well for you.

Thanks for your advice, i think i'll call in tom and ask about a freebie then i can see for myself. Very rarely use heavy weights anymore so if the dumbells go upto say 30k i would be happy at that. Cheers big g

Anyone on here train there? What are the free weights like? Not a bodybuilder/power lifter but i do like free weights. Thanks in advance
