I am sorry but I dont like Lee Evans guys! He can be funny sometimes but generally annoying. I like a commedian (sorry if I have spelt that wrong ) who is true to life and who I can relate to and laugh at myself (along with laughing at others too!!!) and I know that Lee Evans also in some respects is alike to Peter Kay and Billy in that respect but it is his body language that annoys me! He is far too...I can't think of the word for it!! He is far too annoying too watch to put it blunty!! Sorry!! I once saw the Chuckle brothers when I was about 10 in Scarborough and always thought they were funny, in some ways, they still are but they are annoying too!! Who loves the funny females such as Jo Brand?

You have probably already been told and this is probably too late to tell you, but there are only two pubs on Lowedges, which are The Grennel Mower on Lowedges Road, and The Magpie also on Lowedges Road. There is nearby the Bradway Pub and the Moorview Golf Range pub and up at Greenhill not five minutes walk from Lowedges and Bradway the White Hart and The White Swan. There are loads of pubs nearby to Lowedges and all in walking distance and accessible by buses. I have been in The Grennel Mower and it is okay. I hope that you have settled in now and know where is the best place to go?

Does anyone have any photos or news articles of the Lowedges tower blocks being demolished a few years back? I can't find anything!

Ha ha ha ha!! Sorry I had to laugh at this one! No, I am certainly not a baliff on the suss, don't worry! I am not after your address or telephone numbers people, just if you knew my stepdad or if not what your memories of the school are etc etc... This isn't for me it is for my stepdad who doesn't even know how to switch a computer on let alone do something like this!!! Bless him. Yes I agree on this one. It's abit early to tell if Peter Kay will still be around in 25 years, but I think he will be. Only time will tell hey?! Oh, do people think commedians are like wine? Do they get better with age?

I agree that I have choosen two very different comedians! Billy has obviously got material out there as Peter Kay is pretty new to the scene, but who has made you chuckle more?! I didnt use to like Billy Connelly much as I found him abit "up himself" and big headed and also quite rude, but as I have got older I kind of like that about him!

The best gig I have ever been to has got to be Oasis in Manchester this July just gone.

Thank you all for your help on this matter. I am currently "seeing" someone, and we both want to take it slowly as he has just come out of a marriage and is looking after his two kids full time. We both want to take it slowly, but i dont know if i have truly gotten over my ex. I thought I had, but I am not sure? I have just come out of a really bad relationship.
