Your insurance will be void because your car has to have a current MOT for it to be valid, without an MOT your car isn't toad worthy and shouldn't be driven on public roads, the offence foes carry points because you've voided your insurance so yo get the points for no insurance .

The Ofsted assessment is just based on Key Stage results, they take into account other factors such as attendance figures, pupil behaviour that they observe during their visit and how they if the school has a strong or weak governing body.

Standard politicians answer is to ask the public for their ideas, when someone suggests what they already have in mind, they agree it could work and implement it as they will be blameless when things go belly up.
