Hi - it's stuff I've downloaded from standard spotify and then dragged into the Itunes area of my PC

Sorry to be so low tech but I have dragged my saved music in spotify into the itunes section. I have plugged in Ipod to computer now how do i 'sync' all itunes into the Ipod please? Thank you very much in advance for your help .......

We only want to play saved music - no other needs as IPad will cover these? 3. Need a reliable small and economic removal service to move furniture from S7 Sheffield to Streatham London on a specific date yet to be decided ( but a working day near the end of April ). It would be a Luton sized load including a sofa bed, a double mattress, two single divans, a double sofa, a flat packed bed amongst other small furniture and boxes. Some of the items will need to be carried from a first or second floor in S7 and all will be delivered to a first floor in Streatham. We would like a careful job so decorations don't get damaged. We would start removal as early as possible on the day and look for the van to leave London before the end of the day. I guess it's a 2 man job. I would be grateful for any suggestions as to who might be good. Thank you
