HI I am versatile and experienced guitarist, I have own gear and Transport, I have played mainly in rock bands but have also played classical guitar, I am experienced in electric as well as acoustic guitar (classical and Nashville finger style). My interests are vast and am happy to play different styles. My last band has now split and am looking for a new one. I am very dedicated and reliable and therefore am looking for similarly dedicated people. I am also entertaining the idea of starting a new project - preferably with a singer/songwriter to collaborate for original music. Hi, I wondered if you are still looking for a guitarist? If you do I'd definitely like to go for it. I am accomplished guitarist with loads of experience. Till recently was a lead guitar in a successful covers band that was gigging weekly across Yorkshire and further afield. I have been itching for ages to get my teeth into writing original material. Hi Thanks for PM I cant reply to your PM for some reason - I must have 5 posts or something I'd definitely like to come for a jam! Next week I am free pretty much every evening except Thursday. At the moment I have just one electro-acoustic guitar which is Crafter, as I mentioned over the last 2 years I played mainly electric in a rock covers band. We are a classic/modern rock band. We play mainly covers at the moment. Our setlist includes songs by Guns'N'Roses, Bon Jovi, Deep Purple, Free, generally on the classic rock frequency. We like to think that we are of a good standard and looking to go back on the scene and start doing few gigs. In the past year the band has reformed and most recently our singer left as well to pursue different ventures in life. We have good core - guitar, bass and drums and we are looking to get a singer and frontman to complete the picture. In addition we are looking for a keyboard player as well to enrich our sound and get more options for songs from the classic rock era. We have our own gear, place to practise (free) and we are committed to what we do. We all have day jobs but also practise and learn new songs, and rehearse 2 times a week. We are in our 30-ies but have no preference to age or gender. All we want is passion for rock music, and people who are prepared to commit to the band just as we do.
