Hi,
I am embarking on my first attempt at this (having failed miserably at previous attempts at learning) for a present for my partners birthday. I am going to try and make a cat and need the following:
(1) for crocheting:
100% Wool Yarn:
Dark gray wool yarn
White wool yarn
Crochet hook, size G(4.25mm)
Tapestry needle
Fiberfill
(2) for felting:
1/4 cup liquid soap (for washing machine) felting or 1 Tbsp (for hand felting)
Kitchen sink, washing machine, or dryer
(3) for needle-felting: (optional)
Felting needle
Scrap black and pink 100% wool yarn
Cotton thread
Any ideas where I can get this in sheffield? plus any hints on how not to make a complete mess of it.
