I have a few small jobs that need a plumber. Most of the adverts seem to be around firms geared to bigger jobs like bathroom/boiler installations. Can anybody recommend a plumber in Sheffield who will take on smaller jobs (I'm in Fulwood S10 so the nearer the better)? Thanks

Is there any legal basis to the charges? I read the notice carefully and could see no references to legislation, bye-laws etc. Could it be that these are "voluntary" charges dressed up as compulsory through misleading notices? This means that penalties are no more than invoices which can basically ignored.
