Hi, Don't worry. If you do decide to report this to us, we will initially just send an informal letter advising her that her alarm may be causing a problem to neighbouring properties and ask that she puts it right. Most of the time, this informal method works. We would only look to take any enforcement action if the problem was causing you a nuisance after she has received the letter and only if you wanted to pursue it by reporting it to us again.
