Totally agree with Chris. The quote isnt too much, its what that particular business charge. As already mentioned by Chris the £300 wont be profit after running costs, insurance, taxes etc are deducted.

Do you know exactly what part of the carpet/floor needs treating or are you just treating it all? You would have much better chance if you knew exactly what part is affected.

I honestly don't believe you can get rid of the odour yourself using off the shelf products. Only a professional carpet clean using specialist cleaning fluids stands a chance in my opinion. I know someone will come along and see this as I'm hoping to get a job out of this, which is totally not the case, just my opinion/advise. However if the urine has contaminated the floor beneath the carpet obviously a carpet clean wont solve the problem.

Hi does anyone know if the chef from Lancers on Birley Moor Road (now closed) moved to another restaurant when it closed? His curries were fantastic and although they apparently merged with Chutneys at Town End, no way is that the same chef.
