  1. Mine has gradually got worse over the years, but until the Cataract is removed then l can't really say. It's been so long that l've forgotten how well l could see out of it
  2. I'm in Hillsborough, we have 10 Chooks and sell Fresh Eggs 70p per Half dozen
  3. Sounds like Prof Rennie's Clinic on Thursday afternoon. Oh yeah the Eyeball Headache/Grinding Teeth with the Pain, not had it for a few wees - touch wood!! Good Luck with the App, the drops will continue for another couple of weeks at least Dee
  4. Hello Well l think it depends on when it flares up, mine has no pattern to it (however it seems to be a Weather thing - Seriously!!). As soon as the pain/agony starts l go upto Eye Cas at the Hallamshire, l'm on 1st name terms with some of the staff LOL. Steroid drops are given and inflammation usually starts to clear within a few hours, but they do keep a close check over the following week or so. The Drops have side effects too, and 20 years later l have Cataracts - one hopefully to be removed when l go back to clinic at the end of this month(app to have it done anyway). I find my sight has deteriorated too in my Left Eye due to recurrent attacks. Mine is connected to me having Crohns Disease, but l've also now developed Episcleritis to which is inflammation of the White part of the Eye. I think we have the Best Teaching Hozzy's in Sheffield, and the staff are fantastic, try to get in Prof Rennies clinic Good Luck with all your tests, and l hope you don't suffer too much with it, ask away if you want to know anything else Dee
  5. Hi, I've had it for about 20 yrs, what would you like to know, i'll do my best to help Dee

  7. My Kids are 7 and 4 and still have Toys in the Living room, Bedroom and Attic, majority are in their rooms but this is their house too. Providing that they put them away before Bed l don't have a problem with it
  8. And the Language they were belting out to each other at Hillsborough Tram Stop whilst l and other Mums were walking past with our younger kids - really Mature, and such a good representation of Sheffield Uni Varsity - btw the Foul Language was from the Females!!!
  9. My little boy was 2 when l noticed his Hearing was poor, he got a referral within 3 weeks to the Childrens and was diagnosed with Glue Ear, however Grommets were only done after l insisted we didn't wait any longer for it to clear as they were doing, l felt it had delayed his development at Pre School. He was 5 when he had them done, in and out of Daycare within an Hour and Half, his speech and development have come on wonders since then. He did have a bit of Speech Therapy as he couldn't pronounce certain sounds, but was discharged after about a year. 3 years later still can't have water in his ears due to one grommet still being in there(the other fell out a few weeks back due to an infection), however they have done there job and his hearing is now fine, and has been discharged from the Childrens Good Luck
  10. A pack of non perfumed wipes, these were a godsend for cooling the nether regions after l had stitches, especially after going to the loo, softer than toilet paper
  11. We have a Slide Bed for our little Boy, TBH the slide is off more often than on, due to it taking up a lot of floor space. He also still wakes occasionally in the night and to have to get into it is not easy, l often wish we'd just got a "normal" 3ft bed
  12. I have an Annabel Karmel one with a Victoria Sandwich Cake and some fairy Cake, the Cake is delicious and so light, Just the Title really annoys me. http://astore.amazon.co.uk/annabelkcom-21/detail/0091922844 The Glutafin Chocolate Cake is good too.

  20. We had it bad last summer, literally had to rebuild Coop, tried all sorts before we creosoted and Limed everywhere. We now creosote every 3 months apart from Winter, and use Red Mite Powder weekly when we change bedding and muck, also sawdust rather than straw, fingers crossed ........
