Good luck with the land registry, you will need it. As for solicitors , £200 + vat per hour is the going rate, why? but they have a closed shop so no choice involved.

Its either hallamshire or spa medica ,maybe go for the best ngh eye clinic. But I think the optician is a start, they will tell you exactly whats best for you.

It's changed for the better since uc closed, the surrounding area was covered in dust and I know how bad it was when haymaking in the field behind. -

I lived on wallace rd near the bridge end and remember the real community feeling from day one. It was a close knit village, a lot were related and as cuttsie said all the local amenities were there, I loved my time there but the housing stock was in a bad state, mine was rented from the railway and was falling to bits. -
