Can anyone tell me if this is ok for my old empolyer I worked for priemer contract cleaning for about 5 weeks cleaning hotel rooms,today I should have had a weeks wage in the bank but as it comes it's not got in. I called the company to ask why and the manger said that I wasn't going to get my weeks wage as I didn't work my contacted hours is the fair And then I said to him so you telling me your not paying me the wage and he said no, I asked him well if you say that can I have a letter explaining your not paying me he got all high rated and said I don't have to wright you anything it's your fault you left with out notice. And out the phone down Just want some advise if I've got a leg to stand on if I took it further I only worked for 5 weeks

Yes I have but not heard anything as yet , when i replayed with the application it told u the date of interview so if we haven't heard anything before that date then take it we wasn't what they was looking for. I carnt get into my account to see the date at minute think its September. Good luck
