  8. One day aweek for a year I don't think even you could do a full time course and keep a full time job without looking like a zombie
  9. What was Bangladesh called before it was called east Pakistan Darbytub?
  10. It will run once aweek probably from 12 to 6pm depending on what your makeing. Iv just done my nvq 3 over 2 years and it cost me around 1300 plus 150 in equipment but the nvq leavel 2 will only last one so I assume it's will be half. if we get enough intrest in the course it will grow bigger next year. It's a brilliant chance to learn a diffrent technique off cooking it's really for people all ready in the Indian restaurant trade.
  11. Hello Sheffield city college is now running an nvq level 2 profeshnal cooking diploma. we are currently looking for students and chefs who want to improve there skills and bring up the standards of there cooking and restaurant the course starts in September. It will last a year and you attended once aweek, you will learn how to preper meats, fish, poultry and veg (and I don't mean just cutting them up in little cubes) also you'll learn to run your kitchen in a profeshnal manner. Correctly how to make your own blend of spices e,g tandoori paste, tikka paste so you don't have to use Pataks any more or ready made spices ;D I ask all forum members to bug your local Indian restaurants to get there chefs involved and to take up this chance to improve our restaurant industry in Sheffield iv seen alot of people say that Sheffield hasn't got good Indian restaurants hears your chance to do something about it!!! You can contact me on fourum or the college for more information thank you for reading this thread
