Like the enthusiasm JDanielM, but like others cannot see this working and putting yourself in financial bother, especially if you did it on your own. If you do go for it, I hope you'd prove me wrong. Possibly turn it into a bar with a selection of real ales and increase the ale trail. Barrack Tavern, Hills Hotel, Blake, Gardners are all close before you head down to Kelham area.

If it's shut down, why have I not been told? Had text to pick up my contacts this week, a letter to remind me to book an appt for an eye exam, but nothing for this. Is there anyone that uses Greaves on here that know it's closing?

Had the same problem then remembered my neighbour told me he had an Ideal too so their thermostat was triggering my boiler even though my thermostat was over the required temperature. There are some little pins, about 5 or 6 in the back of the thermostat and the receiver. Take some of the pins out in both. They are numbered and need to match and be different from your neighbour (if this is the problem).

Crookes is probably out of your price range. It was for me a year ago and I don't think the prices have gone down that much. I moved to Walkley, but Hillsborough would also be OK with good transport into the city centre. Not sure about the schools around here though, especially primary schools.
