My response was Cheers for that. I thought the same. However I was wrong. Very few litter, but its never cleared. So it builds up. same with dog waste graffiti and vandalism. We pay for a service we do not get. Am I right?

If dropping litter was rife in my community then there would be litter wardens issuing fines to the perpetrators never happens, ever! why? because the council know its rare and its left to build up. We are paying for a service we do not get.
