  2. I know what you mean. The Sportsman at Crosspool is usually open. It's a couple of miles out of Broomhill
  3. Christmas is ok until the25th and 26th and then eveything shuts down and all the lights go out. I wonder if they enjoy it more in Australia. Bah humbug
  4. Hello It all depends on how you are going to promote it. I have had a quick look through google for paintere and decorators and there is quite alot of competition. People very rarely go more than 2 pages in and so unless you are there a google search will probably not get you any work. The website hosting and will be around £60 for a year You can develop your own website or buy one for around £100. Then you need to promote it which is the hardest bit
  5. You can post on youTube for free and share it round though Fb, twitter, this forum, the richard hawley forum for starters

  7. The weatherman said last night that it was going to be warm and wet for the next 14 days. I'm going to stick my neck out and say there will not be much snow this winter. Jyst wish it would stop raining for a bit. Shortest day next week and then we're on the way up. Rolk on summer

  9. There are plenty of bars on Ecclesall Road and you can also pop round the back into Sharrow for the Lesacar and porter cottage.
  10. The Three Merry Lads at Lodge Moor does good food and has plenty of room for kids. The views are wonderful bug you will need a good day to be outside as it can be wind-swept

  12. Delaney's music bar on Friday night seems to attract an older crowd. They have a live band usually playiing blues. If you want a social club there is Sheffield IVC
  13. Start in the Devonshire Cat, then go to the Forum and then try West Street. There are late bars, pubs and restaurants there.
  14. The Ivory house hotel in Sheffield is a reasonably priced family run B&B. It's close to alot of restaurants and bars. Psalter Tavern is also good
