Hi, does anybody know someone who can advise on how to go about making a council tax appeal. I have had no end of companies willing to take £500 of me for filling a form in which obviously I could do, but, my case is not straight forward, eg, my partner childminds from a premises but does not live on site, they want to charge her, none domestic rates, which is £400 per month, she has someone living in the flat above who pay their own rates (band A) £100 per month, I need to know if there is anyway around this, Kind regards

I fished Lilly's the other week, decided to use the cafe first, I popped through to the tackle shop and bought some pellets (in a bag) I went back to wait for breakfast (only me in at the time)and was reading the back of the packet when suddenly! I was told to put the pellets on the floor or take them out side, on asking why, I was told they might make someone ill by being on the table, . Completely over the top, I was ready to say :shove the breakfast up your arse! but decided to take my trade elsewhere instead. Won'tbe going there again.

I believe so, this stop your GP giving you sick notes, you have to go through ATOS, I was on jobseekers, first time in 47 years, I have a prolapsed disk, false leg causing probs and arthritis in my "good leg" I sent one sick note to the job center and within a week I was on my way for a medical with ATOS, taking my GP out of the equation.
