Makes me laugh….they build a new housing estate and hope the houses sell as they MAY be on contaminated ground ….I don’t think so ….I would check at night as the only problem on that estate is the parking ….

I had this once and it was because they had dropped and damaged the item ….it had gone back to the depot and was sat there as they hadn’t contacted the sender ….

If you have nothing to hide …then why worry …

I wondered why they shut up shop and left…..😄
