  1. I agree with this. It would weed out the ridiculously terrible drivers, young and old.
  2. I could'nt get a job with the Chippendales because I was too good looking...put the rest of them to shame.
  3. True, but this in itself was controvesial, putting the minority festivals on a par with Christmas.
  4. I hope its the "Def Leppard" tram that goes to Hillsborough.
  5. I like Christmas as much as the next guy, my problem is it begining in July.
  6. Some of the shopping channels are selling Christmas stuff already, and more than ever before I thought what....the....****!!!!! I know it starts early every year, but are we going to say, not this year, enough is enough now?
  7. I went to the upper Burbridge at Ringinglow Derbyshire today for a treck with the family, and out in the middle of knowhere we passed a film crew that were apparently filming scenes for a new Comedy show for channel 4 called Fresh Meat. http://www.channel4.com/programmes/fresh-meat/
  8. I would have thought that intelligent people would just take it as read that I am not "blaming" parents for their children being shot... but the shootings/killings that took place dont suddenly make the act of taking a baby to a midnight film premiere acceptable or beyond critisism. That goes for anyone and everyone, not just those at this incident.
  9. The shootings aside, I just think its disgraceful that people dont let having small children and no baby-sitter stop them from going to a midnight film premier. Poor parenting to say the least.
  10. I think critisism of parents taking 6 year olds and younger to the cinema to watch an age restricted film, especially at midnight, is perfectly valid critisism.
  11. For strike action to take place at least 51% of members need to take part in the vote and least 51% of the voting members need to have voted in favour of strike action.
  12. Its a bit of a jump to assume that a non-return is a yes to strike action. Surely the purpose of holding a ballot is to try to make something happen, not not happen...in other words, the union leadership want or recomend that their members vote for strike action; why would they go out of their way to ballot them to NOT strike??
