Investigating the effect of symptom awareness on factors affecting medication concordance
I am a student at Sheffield Hallam University conducting research on the different reasons why medicines may not be taken as directed by healthcare professionals and how symptom awareness may influence this.
Are you aged 18 years or over? And do you currently take medicines prescribed through the National Health Service (NHS)?
If you answer yes to these questions above please could you spare around 20 minutes of your time to complete the following online questionnaire? Your participation and responses to this questionnaire will not affect your use of this forum and will be kept confidential and anonymous. Only the researchers will have access to your responses to the questionnaire.
The results of this research will be written up as an article and will be submitted for potential publication in relevant journals.

The nhs provide a list of your local services, if you provide your postcode i think they list doctors available to you and whether they are taking on patients. I've heard they also have reviews on their website too.
