People should be able to wear what they want to wear whenever they want to wear it, they should be able to have their hair however they want to have their hair whenever they want to have it like that.. It shouldn't matter what someone does as long as they are not hurting anybody else or being blatantly disrespectful. If a white woman wants to have her hair dyed black and put in braids, let her. and if a black woman wants to dye her hair blonde and have it straightened, let her.. I just don't see how these things can effect peoples day to day lives and I cant believe so much attention is being given to it in the media!! If people are so sensitive that an item of clothing or a hairstyle upsets them then maybe they need an extra cuddle from their friends and loved ones.. I'm sure the planet will keep on turning on its axis and life will go on..

Awww them poor little birdies I have two dogs, one who is always off the lead and one who is NEVER off the lead because I don't trust him!!!! It really is down to the owners to be responsible whilst walking their dogs, if you are unsure how your dog will react then keep it on the lead.. However that being said, I was out walking with my springer spaniel on the Yorkshire moors when she was a puppy and it didn't dawn on me at that time that she would have the natural instinct to flush birds and this one day she was off like a shot!!! I was screaming and shouting at her (luckily no one else was around to hear me screeching like a mad woman) and it was almost impossible to get her to stop and come back to me but when she did come back she was holding in her mouth a baby bird which she gently put down on the ground at my feet.. It didn't appear to have any injuries and it got up and waddled off back into the heather.. This was a lesson for me and I learned from it so maybe this incident could have been a first for the owner of this dog and she/he will learn from it so maybe we should put the torches and pitchforks down eh..

The suicide rate for young men is appalling and there needs to be more done to help men in need. We need more awareness for mental health issues and remove the stigma around mental health so that men are able to talk through their issues without being judged and get the help they need whether that is medication, therapy or both. It's OK to not be OK.. My count is 2 females, 1 man. So sad

A Wrinkle in Time 4/10 - a fantastic book and a great concept BUT could have worked so much better in film if it had been given to the right producers / directors. Lacked backbone and a lot of the story was missing from the books, which is normal, but this was pretty bad.. Going to see Avengers Infinity War this weekend - CAN'T WAIT

I always buy my books from the store, unless it's something i can't find and have to order it online. Love waterstones, love being surrounded by books, i like the fact that you can sit and stay a while and read. The stores are laid out brilliantly and you are able to find what you're looking for straight away. I also like to browse other books that i wouldnt have thought of buying.. The staff are always lovely and knowledgable and i have LOADS of points on my loyalty card which i always cash in at xmas time to buy books for my mum WHSmiths on the otherhand is shocking!

Thugs is the right terminology me thinks.. I can't believe what they are doing and how they are behaving in a hospital FULL of sick and dying children!! The poor parents of the other children having to deal with this and those poorly babies.. Let them take Alfie home and get those demented thugs away from that hospital. Disgraceful behaviour!

That poor poor baby, everytime i see a picture or a post about him my heart breaks.. I couldnt imagine being in that position those parents are in. I dont have the answers, i really dont know how i feel about it but i do hope that sweet little boy is painfree and in peace whether fighting in this life or moving onto the next. Such a sad story. Absolutely agree with you though Emma. It's appalling how the staff are being treated and the idiots that tried to storm the hospital! Do they not realise Alfie isnt the only very sick child in there and their actions would have caused great upset to many other patients and visitors..

No Obelix, it isnt your fault (per se) that you can't read chinese (have you even tried to learn mandarin??) The point we're trying to make is, if you can't read the writing then dont buy the product!! What with all your digestive 'disabilities' you should already know this! No one is saying it's right, no one is saying there shouldnt be a law protecting ALL people from such ill fates as anaphylaxis BUT you are going overboard by comparing actual disabilities, race, skin pigment, sexuality etc etc etc with you being allowed to eat something!!!!!
