  1. Is there any under 7's football team requiring players for this coming season?
  2. Can anyone please recommend a handyman to do odd jobs such as small plastering jobs, painting, hanging radiators. If up to scratch there would be regular bits to do and day work, wanting idea on costs per day please must have own van and tools thanks.
  3. Very welcome. We rang them last minute as just recently got our cat and were going on holiday. They were brilliant. Came to meet rio and did a wonderful job of looking after him whilst we were away. Highly recommend them very trustworthy and happy for them to come into my home again to look after Rio
  4. I feed our ragdoll hi life meat and biscuits and have been looking at applaws as it's similar in the makeup of the food - fit for human consumption rather than made up of meat derivatives like Felixstowe/whiskas/Sheba etc. I started feeding ours canagan biscuits instead of the ragdoll biscuits he was getting as he was very underweight when we got him so now he has a much better balance diet that suits his needs. Not found any problems with hair balls with this diet. Pets at home sell a wide range of applaws and hi life but don't stock can again so I buy the meat from pets at home if I'm nearby or I buy the biscuits/meat from the pet store in Barugh green
  5. Impawtant friends are based in s35 so they might be ur best bet as they're local
  6. I wasn't overly impressed with what I was presented with when I went to look round. Dismal place in the baby/toddler area and no staff discipline towards the children that were trying to wake the sleeping children. I looked elsewhere and my little boy goes to daisy chain at oughtibridge
  7. Highly recommend impawtant friends. Sharon and Mark are excellent. Very trustworthy http://www.impawtantfriends.co.uk
  8. Im interested in finding my little boy somewhere to do football training. He 2.5 and is showing real promise - everyone comments on how good he is, plus hes a lefty. Does anyone know a good place to take him so he can learn the sport?
  9. well done Charlton very nice lol lol ---------- Post added 24-02-2014 at 23:14 ---------- Wednesday dreamer as per lol out you go lol lol
  10. Local company looking to sponsor a local football team to wear the company name for the next 2013/14 season. I did ask last year and got no one to fit what I wanted, im not looking for sponsoring training tops or jackets I want a name on a shirt every week. I also got lots of offers from teams not even near me, very sorry im not been rude or a pain I just want a local team close to my business that's all. I know how hard getting gear and sponsors are as I used to run a club myself over 15 years ago and we struggled every season. So im looking for a football team any age or sex from either S35 S36 S6 Let me know abit about your club and what your in need of for the coming season also the costs involved what you require a sponsor to put into your club. This could be an every season thing if the right club is found. Many thanks and look forward to any posts.
  11. Its nive that you are concerned about this horses welfare but like you say if it has access to water and grass then the rspca etc wont be interested. I know its easy to say but hard to do; but if you and the neighbours stop providing fresh water and feed then the authorities might take an interest in it.
  12. Personally i think you stay well away from buying this horse. Its not just the cost if livery but feed, bedding, rugs etc let alone vet bills. You say you know bog all about horses. They arent the cheapest to look after and certainly take a lot of time. If this horse hant been able to be caught thats just the start of lots and lots of time and work and really not for someone who knows nothing about them. Ive currently got 3 horses all youngsters, had my fair share of troubled horses and wouldnt recommend touching this horse. If you want my advice stay clear of the rspca they are rubbish when it comes to horses (and pretty much most other animals) contact either Jayne Hemmingway of the BHS or speak to World Horse Welfare (used to be ILPH) they will help this horse.
  13. I bought my nursey set from the mamas and papas outlet shop at huddersfield, much cheaper than buying direct from the mamas and papas shops/online
  14. Just to let you know the willows were built around 2008 so not very recent but fairly. I personally wouldn't want to spend £130k and live with that noise. Oh forgot to add we had a lot of noise from the Wednesday training ground too as it was directly behind our block.
