The first major lan event is currently booked in for Friday 27th to Sunday 29th June and will be hosted by Lanops for bookings visit http://www.lanops.co.uk this will also be one of the rare occasions when spectators are going to be allowed Into one of these events free. Please note there are limited spectator spaces so would still suggest you arrange this with lanops team or with 'The Portal' to arrange entry the portal team can be reached on [email protected] bookings are now being taken for all events on a first come first served basis for lanpartys, tabletop gaming, band rehearsals or private events any other events that can fit in the space.

I can sort you out a deal on some veg seeds cheap they are out of date but as any avid gardener will tell you it doesnt realy matter (for the vast majority of products) you might not get as high a yield but at 10p pack instead of 79p to 4.49pack if your worried just double the planting level. I can do you a mixed set of 100 packs for £8 bargain !!

The business has operated since 2001 pre 2004 DDA law came in and hence as per legal requirement where reasonably possible has been updated. There is no means of installing a lift or electric assistance within the scope of the building. You will require assistance to get to the upper floor and the assurance that you could be safely assisted down in an emergency. All facilities are on one floor once your inside. Depending on the type of event would depend on the exact requirements and available assistance required and how this would exactly be provided. All we ask is that ANY special requirements are requested in advance to ensure we can meet any specific needs. At paid events we would be happy to allow free entry as a spectator for any less-abled persons assistant and where possible ensure a satisfactory experience for all users of the facility. Overall these things will need to be dealt with individually in advance but as the managed events are all pre-booking only this shouldn't present any issues.

The room will be ready to rent from around middle of may by arrangement. Main room is 45x30 feet available days, evenings and weekends. Useable for all but alcohol fuelled parties. Zumba ? Studio? Drama groups? Meetings ........ We are already arranging table top gaming events for large 80+ and small groups lan party's from 20 to 60 seats. I also looked into setting a multi-use space up for d&d nights, lan parties etc. Still thinking about it. It would be in city centre near decathlon. Im open to getting the right people on board to get something going. Its a shame i have rooms and most of em are regularly available. we rent various spaces for all kind of legitimate reasons including personal storage for longer terms of 3months or more. this can be just for a few items or for pretty much the contents of a house. Cheaper rates than the mainstreet storage businesses. Any personal storage, business storage, office, band rehearsal, considering a photo studio if i can get enough people interested in short term hire to make it viable. We have some indoor and some outdoor cats. The indoor cats have access to a large run attached to the property. Do you have space to install one of these they can be built relatively cheaply. Our indoor cats love going in the run and chasing one another around. Theres a shelter in there with half open half plexiglass front so they can sit and snooze out there in pretty much all weathers. Theres a Large catflap thats generally open 24/7 for access although this is locked closed when theres likely to be fireworks or similar. Please also note if you do undertake a run there are several rules to follow to make the space safe for un-supervised use. For example the floor needs to have foundations extending beyond the walls to prevent foxes or similar burrowing in. The mesh needs to be a minimum 16gauge with weld joints. Again to make it fox proof for safety & security. If you do consider building a run i would be happy to advise.
