Hi, I commented a few weeks ago about how this Care company is still not providing GOOD care. I'd like to take this to a national newspaper but need your help. I need to get as many people to put their bad experiences with DG onto this thread. I will then tell the newspaper to look in particular at the comments. TO MANY PEOPLE HAVE SUFFERED TO LONG WITH THIS COMPANY. They need to be exposed

Re an update to all these comments. I can not give to many personal details but i can say they have been caring for a elderly lady now that i know very well for two weeks, and i am appalled at the terrible standard of care and the rude unproffessional attitude of the bosses when you ring to comment on the standard of care being provided. It horrifies me that this sort of shoddy care is accepted by SS as adequate. This company should be truly investigated. The list of problems, late visits, nothing being done, is endless. It makes me wonder about other elders who are under their care and do not have anyone to check on them and help out with the care of them, where these carers are blatantly not doing their job correctly.

hiya, can anyone help me urgently. My electric scooter wont charge anymore and as i am totally dependant on it for getting around the house im desperate to get it fixed, but can't afford the extortionate call out charges. I live in Hackenthorpe, so does anyone know anybody who does home calls. Thank you
