it is very frightening , this thing should not be happening , im scared for the childrens safety, i dont know who to report it too

thank you , im just a bit concerned , i worked at a nursery for 4 months before getting a crb check which i think is totally wrong, i could have been anyone. just concerned that they may employ anyone without them knowing their past. I have left the nursary now and got a new job .

do i need a crb check before i can start work with children

they cant get hold of the last two employers...i just feel a bit stuck

iv been offered a full time job . they are wanting two references but they cannot get hold of the people i put down. would it be ok for me to put down my former staff collegeus but they wernt managers ... i was the assistant manager there ??? many thanks
