After haveing no power from Wednesday dinner while Thursday dinner I filed a complaint to British gas to which they replyed and offerd me twenty pounds which I did,nt think was a very fair offer after I,d thrown all our Christmas meat away which I carnt afford to replace is there any1 I can contact for help on this as I have two young children who froze that nite as we hade no power supply .
