trees, this time of year when the leafs on trees appear the signal is often blocked. You will notice a better signal in Autumn! -
Tyres should be changed at 3mm as this is the point at which the performance particularly in wet weather braking really starts to drop, think of it as hitting a wall similar to the wall that the F1 drivers experience when their tyres start to fail to work properly. Part worn tyres usually come from Germany and are a result of German drivers understanding the importance of having good condition and quality tyres on their cars and as a result they all change well before 3mm. Then what happens is a tyres dealer pops over to Germany and does a deal to buy a container load of Part worn tyres and providing they are stamped (and not all part worn tyres are) they can be sold here perfectly legally to motorists who don't have a clue that they are buying a tyre that is not usually dangerous (unless missing stamp) as a result of having a defect, but dangerous because you will still be doing 50mph when the car in front on 3mm plus tyres has stopped. Let me leave you with an interesting figure, a Ford Focus traveling at 70mph on 1.8mm tyres (legal limit 1.6mm) will take an extra 44 meters to stop and will still be doing 50mph when the same car on 3mm tyres would have stopped!!! Tyres are NOT all the same, do your homework.

Wish I had some pictures of Norfolk Park, very waterlogged to say the least! Think they might struggle with their event tomorrow.

Hope you are right, very waterlogged to say the least! Suppose it's a safety issue, especially if anyone slips on wet grass banking etc. -

Any flood warnings in Sheffield/Rotherham (April 2012)?

Just driven past Ladies Bridge and the Bridge further down the Don near to Bernard Road and the Don is around 4-5ft from the top of the wall, this is on a left hand bend of the River. There is a lot of water coming down the River so it could lead to some flooding as I expect all this water still has to end up in the Don. -
Hi Aalto, I can hear this rubbish now, I am just off Granville Road area, so not nearby at all! I am with you, we need to get this sorted! Ryan.

The owner? Its a venue rented by a company putting these events on to make some quick easy cash. The owner is never there maybe an event organiser but they are not available. Waste of time trying the council can sort it eventually!

Yes on many occasions!

Sterolab next time you hear this noise go and see you won't believe it was coming from there but believe me it is! Although Darnall is more likely another issue. Manor top is within reach of this noise.
