Reeds Rains Chapeltown have just quoted us 1.35% plus VAT, which includes everything for as long as it takes to sell. We agreed, didn't think that was bad - looks like we were wrong:( I just 'phoned them and the lady told me that the fee depends on the type and selling price of the property.

I went to Jordanthorpe School, left in 1980. Hubby went to Rowlinson, left in 1979.

My grandad and my dad used to work at Hadfields. My parents also used to be steward & stewardess at Hadfields Sports & Social club on Olivers Mount.

My mum met my dad there for their first date I think.

I think my mum went to Carbrook School; it would have been around that time, she was born in 1947.
