After reading a lot of comments on this thread I would like to state that I myself have many times had sex with ladies who were drunk and also when I have been drunk myself, probably more times than I can remember to be honest......NEVER do I consider any of these events to be rape by me or the ladies in question,,,,.All I am trying to say in this post to certain people who have posted is drunken sex is not always rape otherwie we would need a breathaliser for our partners. I am in no way saying Ched Evans is not guilty, I am just putting an honest angle to some peoples comments about having sex with a drunk woman or man.

The great thing about living in the UK is the freedom to have our opinions, another thing is our belief in our justice system although we may not agree with it all the time, that brings us back to our freedom of speech.....I personally have an opinion on the verdict in this case but in the meantime will keep my gob shut and rely on the laws of this great country to protect us all.....The conclusion I come to in all honesty not as an Owl or a Blade is .... Ched Evans at the moment it is done and dusted lets move on.......Many people have raised this subject in company today and my reply has been,,,,,changd the subject......

There is a difference between talking about something and it being reported in a newspaper...Stay calm the verdict is imminent and then the subject will likely be overshadow anything achieved on the football pitch this season.
