Hello, Im in a fixed term rental contract till 5th November and I would like to leave as I have found a house I want to buy. Is there anyway I can get out of it? The contract does not mention paying the remaining months up fron if I leave etc. My estate agent has said I need to pay £180 to readvertise the house and get a tentant before I can move. Any thoughts
