Is this normal: is the housing market so awful that it is alright not to inform me of anything for weeks on end, for there to be one viewing every three weeks (if that), for the agent to imply it is difficult to sell at the moment, what is going on.......... what is the incentive to be so apathetic?
On stating my interested in terminating the contract and to warn them that this was how I was feeling abut the process the response was 'well all estate agents are the same - no one else will do anything any differently than us' AAARRGGHHHHH can this be true?
Any help/advise welcomed.
P.S. Should be Grumpy in the thread, perhaps grupmy is the new term I should give to estate agents.
