I used to work in the Red lion, its sad to know that's been closed down! It was a nice local pub back then.. but not been for 5 years! It'll be a shame if it turns into yet another block of no style apartment block!

Hello all, I know a few people had asked this before.. but I couldnt seem to find out wheres a good place to go for some classes on self defence.. Some people on here seems to think is not such a good idea, what do you think? I hope i'll never have to use it on anyone, maybe just for a bit of fun and fitness...?
