I can't stress this enough people....
DO NOT USE BLUNDELLS
The customer service I have had off them is absolutely appalling. I'm currently trying to sell my house with them. If I hadn't paid the marketing fee up front I would have dropped them within the first few weeks. Their service just goes from bad to worse.
They (crystal peaks branch) don't answer the phones. They don't return messages. They have told people coming to view that they would meet them and they didn't. I came back for a meeting with their rental people only to be cancelled on an hour before the meeting... so I'm £70 worth of petrol out of pocket there. It took a MONTH for them to get MY contact details correct... despite me telling them at least a dozen times. SERIOUSLY PEOPLE... DO NOT USE THEM. They will take your money, do the brochure and then as far as they're concerned that's about it. HOW CAN AN ESTATE AGENTS NOT ANSWER THE PHONES. GRRRRRR. They've really wound me up!!!
