  1. maxfields is an old family firm and is a favorite with many l go on day and weekly holidays with them. they dont have state of the art coachs but then they dont have the high prices that go with them either.
  2. every one is doing on this tread, just what she cant using our eyes so here is my view to leave her without medical help for so long afterwards takes a warped mind GBH with intent is not enough, what will he get plus 50% less there is so much they cant take into account. in the courts l hope what you hear is right in prison and an eye for an eye metered out
  3. scarborough from rotherham then to barnsley on the no 22 plenty of them buses then a leeds bus then the coastly link every hour been doing that with my daughter for the last two yrs and again this year for the day out on the buses not much time there mind when you get there but relaxing day

  5. real funny you should mention them. l live opersite a shutdown pub, so always get loads of kids plays. and a group of young lads was on the scroung fro stuff to make one. came to my house for bit of wood ect my son gave them rope and wood borrowed them the hammer an gave the nails by the time they had finshed it was the best ever of cause we had never had one in our lives me an my sister ran up and down duncan street backs in Brinsworth when l was a kid l did get the hammer back the bar humbug in me is hoping for rain all week cause all the kids will be coming for the hammer an nails l will point out my lad did have a day off and was helping out he was only 25yrs even he had a good time and his son ages 3yrs it all goes on must be a northern thing
  6. l was the same as Carlie 9865 something really crap happened in my life my hubby left me too it and for years l tried to cope. seven year ago l moved house and changed every thing in my life. and now one day at a time you get to smile again. So if it take a leap like a house move why not do it. l lost every thing, but sense of humour DO IT what you go to loose

  8. hi been following all your thought's every time l drive pasted PHS my childhood jumps back and gives me a nip l remember falling in love with mr morrell th drama teacher he saw a little ugly mouse and made me be seen. l was so shy l was always at the back of the class picked on by the best, yep PHS was a step into life you dont forget. You lot wont remember me jean MASKERY hung about with another jean surname Rodgers we both worn glasses.
  9. l hear you all but what would happen to all the animals off gumtree at least some of them geta good home l hate the thought of dog breading/fighting l love staffy dogs but now there are the number one dog every rescue as a sad story of loads the only way is in the pocket and l hate to say that if you had to liecense a dog and pay every year vet check it like in other country's GUMTREE and other sites would not be selling puppy's or unwanted dogs

  11. well l love all your posts have not worked out if your all men but l have a 53 reg punto for running around in and get 8 mile to the £1 and just bought a vaux agila 54reg took the back seats out tinted the back windows, so no one will see in at night time. carpeted it again and now with my trusty sat nav brought off this site l'm off camping this year just me and my welly's wont need a tent and i'm 5'10" plus with putting tax an test on it it did not even knock me back £500 and got to be good on the petrol thats if they dont go on strike. yep and covered with the rac plus looking into a popup gazibo maybe for the back of the car any ideas welcome your views on camp sites are great thanks
  12. hi lynn rodgers do you remember by any chance vicki maskery she went to parkhouse but lived in Tinsley she would have hung about with you lot l know she used to catch to bus all the time l am her younger sister jean. l married the Tinsley park keeper who also lived at attercliffe baths we lived there for years, l left him and he stayed there for many years after l used to work at the baths god l have seen some sights
  13. glad someone get remebered the women working in the steel works. l was l Tinsley girl and my uncle and my sisters and myself worked in the steel works for many reasons in the 70's jobs where plenty pay was good and where else could you go and sit in a canteen with loads of men. l worked in the kitchens serving and makings plate pies twice a week 400 a time and hated it mince meat pie but on the funny side learnt to swear like a navvy if a chap said his piece of pie was small then the next chaps cor if my mother could have heard me. the male chef didn't half used to make me cry and the older women took me under their wings as l was a young mum and not worldly wise, no l would not go back to them days
  14. hi there l am also a suffer and after many years of being pssed about and told its all in my held finally three years ago went to see a new doctor at RGH and after all the usual tests got told it was CFS and FM among other things wrong with my health they did act eventually. when l started to pass out with pain and fit bing hospialtized l was put under DR PRICE who also is at the Hallamshire she is great within one year l have morphine patchs this week l off to see a nuro chap to see if l have early onset of dementure which will be a big thing off my mind LOL dont know if l am going mad or its firbo fog as they say my local doctors left me in limbo for years so just keep trying folk and l get DLA BUT dont know how l will go on with the PIP thing
