They are protesting against her polices I guess - which they couldn't do at the time she made them because THEY WERE NOT ALIVE.

The protest against her had to be linked to "something" ........ As you say they were not alive during her reign and therefore she hadn't made a policy for them to protest against .

It is idiotic to celebrate it. It is equally as distressing to many that the public are paying for it.
